At this rate we could have had 40 overs.

C'mon Haydo, get a move on mate!

surprised Sangakarra didn't appeal that (he does love appealing), good sportsmanship then

vaas is melting here. SL in danger of falling apart. Have had no luck and seem to be dropping their heads.

Good catch that and Malinga deserved a wicket.

Time for Punter to repeat his performance in the last cup :D

I predict a 200 runs defeat for Sri Lanka .. too bad for a 38 overs match.

Fortune favours the brave.

Australia 200 up with just over 10 overs left and 300 is looking a real possibility. Hell 320 is.

Anyone know the fastest ever 150, as I'd imagine Gilly will be closing to setting a record

On a second thought, Sri Lanka has not bowled really bad or something but the short boundary and pitch is playing a huge part.

To win Australia must have to set a 300+ target and then fight to save the match because I don't think Australian bowlers will have any better luck on the pitch and IMO they might not even bowl SL out within 38 ours. If that's case, then it all boils down to if Australia can protect runs on this pitch.

To be honest, its still open to both teams.

Great innings by Gilly, a joy to watch.

Hope your right and SL do a good chase, but with a huge score and big run rate I can see the players panicking and giving away some wickets. Plus Jaya looked very nervous last match as many of them were, surely they're feeling it more now.

Still think Tait may play a big part, just not as crucial as I felt earlier.

I agree that Jaya and Tait will play a crucial role but unless they start throwing their wickets, its not easy to take 10 wickets on this pitch.

Looking forward to an interesting finish and some contest in the end.
